Melbourne, Florida --   Calvary Chapel Blue from Brevard County has won the 2008 Central Florida Church Champions' Softball Tournament. This year’s tournament consisted of the church champions from their respective church leagues in 12 counties throughout Central Florida. The Brevard County representative won with a record of five wins and one loss at the Florida Avenue  Fields in Melbourne.  Finishing in second place was Baptist Temple of Dundee (Polk County) with a 3-1 record.  Finishing in third place was Bible Fellowship of Sebring (Highlands County) and they had a 2-2 record.
